Visualized and strategically analyzed ISC data from previous newsletters to identify trends in student engagement, leading to the creation of redesigned newsletter drafts that incorporated user feedback from targeted A/B testing.Collaborated with a team of 5 as the lead designer, responsible for designing all newsletter visuals, resulting in a 70% increase in student open rates.Conceptualized and created integrated marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, aligning all materials (including social media posts) with the department’s and Pratt Institute’s visual identity to ensure brand consistency
